You can even mix the effects/actions. Play one of the actions and when you're happy with the result, merge all the layers and go to Layer New Background from layer, then choose another action and hit play hit play. The Watercolor Actions work beautifully after you've played any of the other 4 actions, it gives your subjects or landscapes, even a more realistic result, I particularly like to use the "Lovely Oil Painting Effect" first and then the "Lovely Watecolor Effect".

Compatibility
All the actions (Except for the Ultimate painting Effect one) are compatible with photoshop CS6 and up. I have tweaked the "Ultimate Painting Effect" Actions, and they will work with Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC 2015.1 and up (this product and all the others will also work in Photoshop CC 2020).
You should know that Adobe has released an update, 'Photoshop CC 2015.1 (November 2015 release)', re-introducing the Oil Filter. as I have said, I have edited the "Ultimate Painting Effect" actions, and they are now compatible with Photoshop CC 2015.1 as well. Make sure to update to the latest version of Photoshop CC.
